Throw Back Thursday Challenge July 22


This weeks Throwback Thursday Challenge by Emma at My Creative Time was to make a project using the Celebrations Cartridge. This couldn't have come at a better time because I had to make a card for my niece. I used my Handy Dandy Gypsy for this card.
I cut the hat at 3.5 in

Embellishments were some rhinestones I had laying around.
