Circut Circle Challenge Entry 3

Now that midterms are over, I finally had a chance to craft a bit.
This halloween bag was made for the Circut Circle Blog Challenge.  In the challenge, we had to make a project and incorporate vellum, plastic or clear bag so I decided to make a treat bag.  I think if I make another one, I would use candy that nots so heavy.  But this is my version of a Halloween candy tree.
